Residential RE Management, Sales/Rental & Appraisal. As an Independent Fee Appraiser, inspecting the subject property and give the client a good indication of value with a certified report indicating the definition of market value as defined by the Appraisal Institute. Appraisal assignments included residential & relocation reports for relocation firms, mortgage companies, banks & corporate clients, foreclosure appraisals for attorneys.
Review of Real Estate appraisal reports as an appraiser who does not necessarily make personal inspections of real property but does review and analyze the relevant facts assembled by field appraisers. By the use of reason and to the validity of field appraisers' opinions, prepare written review reports recommending the acceptance, revision or rejection of such field appraisers' opinions.
